Captain

Forming a strong leadership within the church. Our children are the future, as leaders we need to build them up as responsible God-fearing children.

Forwards

Scorers. Children are the front line. We want them to shine, but they need support from the rest of the team in order to do so. Whether they want to learn to evangelize, play instruments, act, or whatever else they want we need to provide the resources.

Midfielders

Teachers are liaison between forwards and defensemen, between children and teachers, and maybe even children and parents. Teachers get to know more of the child’s needs and they need to communicate the needs with others. Support their forwards by calling, praying, or assisting in whichever way they can. Help out the defensive line by being available in the time of need (calling people, planning events, attending meetings, etc.)

CHOSEN 1 Posiciones

Capitán:

Formando un liderazgo fuerte dentro de la iglesia. Nuestros niños son el futuro, como lideres necesitamos edificarlos como niños responsables y temeroso de Dios.

Delanteros:

Goleadores. Los niños están en la línea del frente. Queremos que ellos brillen, pero necesitan el apoyo del resto del equipo para hacerlo. Si ellos quieren aprender a evangelizar, tocar instrumentos, actuar, o cualquier cosa que ellos quieran hacer, nosotros tenemos que proveer los recursos.

Medio Campistas:

Los maestros son la forma de comunicación entre delanteros y los defensores, entre los maestros y niños, y a lo mejor niños con los padres. Los maestros llegan a saber mas de las necesidades de los niños y ellos necesitan aprender a tener comunicación con otros. Apoyar a los delanteros llamándoles, orando, o asistiéndoles en cualquier manera. Ayuda a la defensa cuando se les necesite (llamándoles, planeando eventos, asistiendo a las reuniones, etc.)
